Thank You for Helping Us Keep You Warm, Safe and Healthy
This past summer has shown us, once again, that we have the most amazing customers in the New York metro area. You helped us donate thousands of meals to local police officers, firefighters, nurses, EMTs and other first responders. As we’ve continued providing fuel deliveries and equipment services, you have also taken precautions to help protect our employees, so we can keep doing what we do best. Thank you so much!
Now, as we enter the colder months, we’d like to remind you about some of the extra steps our employees and customers can take together to ensure everyone’s personal safety:
- All Skaggs-Walsh employees are still wearing masks and gloves when they enter customers’ homes. (Again, this is for your safety and ours.)
- We are also still practicing social distancing and kindly ask that you wear a mask and remain at least six feet from our employees at all times. (We know this makes things a little more difficult — but let’s get through this together!)
- If possible, please provide contact-free access to your fuel tank or heating system by unlocking your cellar door before we arrive or opening the door for us when we get there. (Don’t worry — we won’t let your pets get out!)
Most importantly, we want to assure you that all of us here at Skaggs-Walsh are 100% committed to keeping you warm, safe and comfortable this fall and winter. We are still here for you, and we’re not going anywhere.
