Boiler Inspections

Skaggs-Walsh performs licensed NYC boiler inspections for residential buildings with 6 or more families, as well as mixed-use buildings and commercial facilities throughout the five boroughs. Our licensed inspectors conduct external inspections to ensure that your low-pressure boilers are operating safely and are in compliance with the Building Code and all related regulations. In addition to helping you get your equipment up to code, we can provide assistance in filing all necessary paperwork with the Department of Buildings' Boiler Division.

The current boiler inspection cycle began January 1 and ends December 31.
