Skaggs-Walsh has earned the MWBE certification thanks to our Owner and President, Allison Heany. Allison is a third-generation owner of Skaggs-Walsh after her grandfather, Fred Heaney, purchased Skaggs-Walsh in the 1950s and later passed it down to his son, Allison’s father, Peter Heaney. Allison maintains her family’s commitment to quality service and helping keep all customers comfortable in their homes.
Aside from running the day-to-day operations of Skaggs-Walsh (she may even be the one to answer your call in the office!), Allison is a board member of Women in Energy and has previously held the chair for the National Oilheat Research Alliance (NORA) and the New York State Energy Coalition. She has long been a fierce advocate for women in the home comfort industry and all industries.

NATE Certified Technicians
Victory Skaggs technicians are NATE Certified. NATE is the nation’s largest certification organization for HVACR technicians. Our service employees have successfully completed rigorous classroom and field training to pass the required tests to earn their certifications. We are proud to have so many experts on our team.
Licensed Professional Plumbers
Nulite is proud to have 85 years of loyal service to its communities. Nulite is run by the head of the Master Plumbers’ Council of NYC, Daniel Vessio. Daniel’s NYC Department of Buildings license number is 01378.
Scheblein is also run by a Master Plumber, Eric Scheblein, who has over 35 years of experience serving Queens and Nassau County. Eric’s NYC Department of Bulidings license number is 1783.
